Directions to FIF Shrewsbury Office - Parkway South

• Exit 109 (Red Bank) - end of ramp make left onto Newman Springs Road.
• Go to the end and make right on to Route 35.
• Go past Sycamore Avenue - next light make left (Monmouth County Library on corner)
• 2nd driveway make right into 39 Avenue of the Commons.
• The lower level entrance. Through door to the left.

Directions to FIF Shrewsbury Office - Parkway North

Exit 109 (same directions as above) or:

• Exit 105 to the light - take jug handle to go left on Hope Road.
• 2nd light make right onto Tinton Avenue.
• Go to the end and make left onto Route 35.
• 3rd light make right onto the Avenue of the Commons.
• Monmouth County Library on corner.
• 2nd driveway make right into 39 Avenue of the Commons.
• The lower level entrance. Through door to the left.

Directions to FIF Paramus Office - 210 Route 4 East, 2nd Floor  

From Route 4 (Traveling Eastbound)

• After going under Route 17, stay to the right and get off at the Forest Avenue Exit.
• Building is right off exit (brown brick building) 

From Route 17

• Take Route 17 to Route 4 East.  Follow the directions above.  

From Route 4 (Traveling Westbound)

• Get off Route 4 West at the Forest Avenue Exit.  Bear right and this will lead you right onto Forest Avenue traveling north.

From Garden State Parkway (Traveling North)

• Take Parkway North to Exit 161.  This will put you onto Route 4 East.  Follow directions from Route 4 East above.           

From Garden State Parkway (Traveling South)

• Take Parkway South to Exit 163.  This will put you onto Route 17 South.  Follow directions from Route 17 above.

From Route 80 (Traveling Eastbound)

• Take Route 80 East to the Garden State Parkway North.  Get off at Exit 161 which puts you on Route 4 East and follow directions from Route 4 East above.

From Route 80 (Traveling Westbound)

• Take Route 80 West to Route 17 North.  Follow the directions from Route 17 above.
